Delete your Chewsi account
This page explains how to permanently delete your account and personal data from the Chewsi app, published by Chewsi GmbH ("Chewsi", "we"). No login or app install is required to read it.
How to delete your account
Do this from inside the Chewsi app — it takes under a minute.

Open Profile
In the Chewsi app, tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.

Go to Manage account
Tap the settings icon next to your name to open Manage account.

Tap Delete account
Scroll to the bottom of Manage account and select "Delete account."

Confirm
Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no retention window or recovery period.

Active session — you’re signed out everywhere right away
Some records may be kept only where required by law (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes), and are not linked to your profile.
Partner (restaurant/shop) accounts
Partner accounts can't be self-deleted in the app, since closing one can affect live listings and pending customer orders. To close a partner account, contact support below and we'll confirm there are no pending orders before deleting it.
